Dr. Chad Kasperowski
Dr. Chad Kasperowski grew up the son of a dentist and he loves the challenge and stimulation of helping patients with a wide variety of dental needs. “My best days are those where I know I have improved someone's life through the efforts of my skills and my team,” says Dr. Chad.
Dr. Chad stresses honesty, integrity and communication and is known for his excellent chairside manner. He takes a highly personalized approach to dentistry and understands that patients have individual needs and life situations. Dr. Chad believes that oral wellness has a huge impact on overall wellness, and he strives to help patients improve their overall health through dentistry.
EDUCATION
After graduating from Boston College in 1998, Dr. Chad went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 2002. He then completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the Audie L. Murphy Veterans Memorial Hospital in San Antonio, Texas where he was trained in surgical implant placement, IV sedation and other advanced dental techniques. Never satisfied with the status quo, Dr. Chad regularly attends accredited continuing education events to stay at the leading edge of modern dentistry.
Dr. Chad is the official team dentist for the Washington Commanders of the NFL.
Dr. Pooja Kasperowski
Dr. Pooja Kasperowski enjoys providing general, family and cosmetic dentistry. After earning her general dentistry degree, she completed a year-long Advanced Education in General Dentistry program.
EDUCATION
Dr. Pooja graduated from Mary Washington College in 1997 and graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 2002. She completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2003.
Office Manager
Ibeth
Ibeth, the office manager joined our team as the Scheduling Coordinator in 2016. Prior to this she started as a Financial Coordinator in 2001. She understands the importance of office etiquette and patient customer service practices.
She was born in Washington, DC and raised in Northern Virginia. She resides in the city of Fairfax with her husband and her son. In her free time, Ibeth dedicates herself to her garden, fitness, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
Ibeth states that the best part about working at Champions for Oral Heath is the family-like environment that has been established between the staff and patients.
Dental Hygienist
Mimi
Mimi graduated from Northern Virginia Community College in 2002 with an Associate in Applied Science degree. She has been with our practice since 2005.
Mimi became interested in becoming a Dental Hygienist when she was 16 years old. She really enjoyed getting her teeth cleaned and talking to her Hygienist. She enjoys interacting with her patients and educating them on how they can improve their oral and overall health. She makes sure her patients receive gentle, thorough cleanings.
Mimi is married and has one son. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, taking walks with her dogs, listening to music, and watching old sitcoms.
Dental Assistant
Melinda
Melinda was born in Fairfax and attended South Lakes High School in Reston. When she entered dentistry in 1984, she realized that she was blessed with a career that would make her very happy as well.
She is the mother of a wonderful 31 year old daughter, a 21 year old son, and a 25 year old step-son. She is married to her handsome husband Russell. She also has 2 grand children, Reagan and Tommy.
Much of her free time is spent shopping for treasures at consignment stores, an occasional adventure at the casino, and taking part in fun-filled family events.
Melinda has been a dental assistant for over 30 years now. She still takes continuing education courses, and she has earned many certificates and awards. She is happy in the knowledge that she gets to help patients everyday!
Dental Assistant
Yolanda
Yolanda was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She has three brothers, all of whom are named Tyrone just like her dad. Yes, just like George Foreman. She has a 4-year-old daughter named Mia. After graduating from Hayfield High School in 2002, Yolanda went to the MIHT School in Lorton to study dental assisting. She enjoys dentistry and working with and meeting new people every day. Yolanda has been an assistant for over 5 years. She enjoys volleyball, shopping and watching scary movies.

Chloe
Chloe was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She has always been interested in dentistry and is excited to be a part of the team and learn as much as she can! Chloe loves sushi, dogs, The Beatles, and her family. When she is not working, she enjoys crafting, hiking, cooking, listening to live music and fishing.
