Important Information Regarding Your Dental Insurance

Although we do not participate with any dental plans, the majority of plans allow you to receive benefits at our office as a non-participating provider. Because we are not a participating provider, you are required to pay for services at the time of your visit, and your insurance company will reimburse you directly according to your insurance plan.
