The doctors may also recommend dental bonding to close a space between teeth. Dental bonding can be a fast and economical alternative to crowns or veneers, although it is not as natural-looking or durable.
The same material that is used in dental bonding is also used to provide metal-free tooth-colored fillings. Tooth-colored fillings are not only more aesthetic, but they are generally healthier and more durable than metal fillings. We can safely remove your old amalgam filings and replace them with tooth-colored ones.
Inlays and Onlays refer to lab fabricated restorations that are designed to replace a portion of a missing tooth. They can be thought of the more conservative alternative to full coverage crowns when indicated.
As the names imply, an onlay replaces tooth structure inside of existing tooth cusps whereas onlays replace entire cusps altogether.
They are typically fabricated digitally from porcelain and can be permanently bonded to existing tooth structure making these the ultimate choice for durable, long-lasting, conservative, and the most esthetic alternative to composite bonding.
Our crowns are strong and durable, and in most cases we make our crowns entirely out of porcelain for superior aesthetics and biocompatibility.
When preparing for your crown, we use a digital scanner for greater accuracy, efficiency and comfort. This scanner has a shade-matching tool to ensure a good color match with your other teeth.
For the manufacturing of your crown, we use a high-quality lab so that it fits precisely and results in a comfortable bite. We make final adjustments to the crown until you are completely satisfied with both the way it looks and feels in your mouth.
We make sure that root canals are done quickly, efficiently and painlessly, and we use diagnostic tools—including 3D X-rays as needed— to ensure thorough treatment.
Our doctors are experienced in performing gentle tooth extractions. They perform "socket preservation" after extractions, adding bone graft material to help maintain the integrity of the socket. Additionally, we use a dental laser and special proteins to enhance healing.
Our doctors can perform wisdom teeth extractions as well as regular tooth extractions, and they have a lot of experience with complex cases.
Our doctors provide teeth whitening that results in a beautiful smile that is healthy and natural-looking. The doctors have chosen the KöR®Teeth Whitening system as it is known to be the most effective whitening system on the market.
KöR permanently gets rid of the toughest stains, including those caused by antibiotics. KöR treatment is gentle, it can be used by those with sensitive teeth, and its results are long-lasting. A simple at-home maintenance program is all that is needed to keep your teeth bright for years to come, possibly even for the rest of your life.
Cosmetic bonding is a tooth-colored plastic glass-infused resin used to make minor cosmetic changes or repairs to teeth when they are chipped or worn.
Custom shading using various translucencies and custom tints are used to make each and every bonding a bespoke work of art with the intention of creating the most esthetic result.
Cosmetic bondings may also be used to close a space between teeth. Cosmetic bonding can be a fast and economical alternative to crowns or veneers, although it is not as natural-looking or as durable.
Porcelain veneers are thin ceramic coverings that are used to change the appearance of teeth and correct minor structural flaws. They are one of the fastest and most effective ways to create a beautiful new smile.
Having too much gum tissue can make your teeth appear too small, resulting in a "gummy smile." An overgrowth of gum tissue can also make the teeth more difficult to clean. The doctors use a dental laser to gently remove excess tissue, creating an aesthetic, healthy and natural-looking gumline.

Same day teeth is a treatment option for those patients who are completely edentulous or whose oral health is in a state of significant disrepair that a complete rehabilitation is necessary.
The treatment starts with comprehensive digital smile design and treatment planning utilizing the latest in digital imaging, scanning and facially generated design protocols. Once the treatment has been properly planned and designed, the procedure is divided into two phases. First, any hopeless teeth are removed and dental implants are strategically placed using surgical guides in one or both dental arches. Secondly, a temporary version of your custom-designed teeth are fabricated and attached to the implants. The final version of your teeth will be delivered in 3-6 months after complete healing.
Same Day Teeth is a revolutionary treatment option that can dramatically improve oral health, form, function, and ultimately a healthier and more confident YOU!
Dental bridges are used to replace one or more missing teeth. We use zirconia—a very hard and durable ceramic—layered with translucent porcelain for a natural look. For a comfortable bite, we use a special scanner to map the forces of your bite so that we can position your bridge completely accurately.
Do you have dentures that just don't seem to look right or fit right? Are you tired of loose, ill-fitting dentures? Do you wish that your dentures could look like "natural teeth" and not like... dentures?
Our Digital Smile Design and Digital Denture processes allow us to fabricate the best looking (you get to test drive them FIRST)), best fitting, and most comfortable dentures possible.
If even more stability and chewing efficiency is desired, our Digital Smile Design and Digital Denture process is the foundation for the planning and design of implant-retained and implant-supported full mouth rehabilitation for the ultimate smile rehabilitation.
Dentures are a relatively inexpensive form of tooth replacement, but they come at a great cost to comfort, chewing power and appearance. Implants have these advantages over dentures:
When needed, we use bone grafting to restore lost bone so that dental implants can be stably placed.
Dr. Chad does extensive tests to determine where the TMD symptoms are coming from. To analyze the jaw joint, bite and surrounding muscles, he uses 3D X-rays, a joint vibration analysis system, a muscle exam and a computerized device called a T-Scan that measures bite force and how the teeth come together when you bite down. From the results he is able to determine the exact cause of your TMD.
Splints, Night Guards and Sleep Apnea Appliances are devices that are custom designed to treat a variety of problems including TMJ disorders, bruxism (teeth grinding), snoring and even sleep apnea. All of our appliances are precision fit using digital scanning technology.
The type of appliance that works for you is highly dependent on your diagnosis and your unique situation.
As a complement to cosmetic dental treatment, we can use Botox to smooth wrinkles around your mouth. We also use Botox to relax painful jaw muscles as part of TMJ (jaw joint) therapy.
Joint Vibration Analysis (JVA) of the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) is a non-invasive diagnostic exam that electronically records sounds, or more accurately, vibrations that occur in the joint during motion. Using vibration transducers, called accelerometers, a characteristic wave pattern is generated for various joint conditions. These vibrations happen while the joint is in motion and the results are combined with a clinical exam and imaging to more accurately diagnose TMJ disorders.
Struggling with TMJ or dental pain? Our innovative and patented FDA-cleared Multiwave Locked System (MLS) Therapy Laser produces an efficient and simultaneous effect on pain, inflammation, and edema, exceeding the limits of traditional LLLT (low power) and concerns of HP (high power) laser therapy. MLS technology provides two therapeutic wavelengths, 808nm (anti-edemic and anti-inflammatory) and 905nm (analgesic). An energetic synergy is created when delivering these wavelengths that produces greater anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects than either can produce on its own, while minimizing the risk of thermal damage.
Our laser treatments help to relieve pain, promote recovery, and restore lives for our patients.
Invisalign is the clear, metal-free alternative to braces. It is a great solution for adults and older teens who don’t want their teeth straightening treatment to interfere with their social lives. Invisalign aligners are more comfortable to wear than braces, they are hardly visible, and they can be removed for eating, brushing and flossing.
Learn more about Invisalign.Nitrous oxide, commonly referred to as "laughing gas", is an inhalational gas that when administered induces an adjustable level of mild to moderate sedation and anxiety relief.
It is a simple and effective method that requires the use of a small and comfortable mask that covers the nose and delivers a sweet smelling gas that is inhaled through the nose.
Once the gas is turned off, the sedative effects no longer are present and you are able to leave the office without the need for a driver.
Simple, effective, safe....
Our doctors can also administer IV sedation for a deeper relaxation while the patient can still be easily be woken up as needed. Patients often remark that they don’t remember anything about the procedure afterward. As with oral sedation, patients need a driver to take them home after treatment.
With oral sedation, prior to treatment the patient takes a pill that induces a relaxed state of mind. The oral sedative does not cause sleep, and the patient can answer questions or follow instructions from the doctor. The patient will need someone to drive them home after the appointment.
Your comfort is our priority and our team will make every attempt to accommodate your needs.
In addition to our sedation options, we offer a variety of amenities for our patients like refreshments, massage chairs, pillows, warm blankets, and headphones.
Our team is here to LISTEN to your needs and it is our mission to make your experience as pleasant and anxiety-free as possible.
