Our goal is to keep dental treatment to a minimum by preventing problems from occurring in the first place. Checkups are detailed and thorough, and our experienced hygienists provide gentle yet thorough cleanings and deep cleanings.
Our crowns are strong and durable, and in most cases we make our crowns entirely out of porcelain for superior aesthetics and biocompatibility.
When preparing for your crown, we use a digital scanner for greater accuracy, efficiency and comfort. This scanner has a shade-matching tool to ensure a good color match with your other teeth.
For the manufacturing of your crown, we use a high-quality lab so that it fits precisely and results in a comfortable bite. We make final adjustments to the crown until you are completely satisfied with both the way it looks and feels in your mouth.
Sleep apnea is a condition in which a person's breathing pauses frequently during sleep, often without their knowledge. In most cases, sleep apnea can effectively be treated with the use of an oral appliance, a mouthguard-like device that keeps the airways open while the patient sleeps. An oral appliance can also be used to prevent snoring.
The doctors are very experienced in oral appliance therapy and have helped many patients improve their sleep and their health.
When needed, we use bone grafting to restore lost bone so that dental implants can be stably placed.
Gum disease is treated using ultrasonic scalers to clean above and below the gumline. The scalers also smooth the tooth roots so bacteria cannot easily re-attach and the gums can heal. In some cases, the doctors additionally use dental lasers to help disinfect the gums. When needed, DNA testing is done to determine the exact species of bacteria that are causing the problem. These bacteria can then be targeted using species-specific antibiotics.
Our doctors are experienced in performing gentle tooth extractions. They perform "socket preservation" after extractions, adding bone graft material to help maintain the integrity of the socket. Additionally, we use a dental laser and special proteins to enhance healing.
Our doctors can perform wisdom teeth extractions as well as regular tooth extractions, and they have a lot of experience with complex cases.
We make sure that root canals are done quickly, efficiently and painlessly, and we use diagnostic tools—including 3D X-rays as needed— to ensure thorough treatment.
As a complement to cosmetic dental treatment, we can use Botox to smooth wrinkles around your mouth. We also use Botox to relax painful jaw muscles as part of TMJ (jaw joint) therapy.
Dental bridges are used to replace one or more missing teeth. We use zirconia—a very hard and durable ceramic—layered with translucent porcelain for a natural look. For a comfortable bite, we use a special scanner to map the forces of your bite so that we can position your bridge completely accurately.
The office offers pillows, blankets, headphones and WiFi and provides warm, scented towelettes after procedures. We also have a snack bar, coffee, water and lip balm for patients.
The doctors and staff are well-equipped to deal with dental emergencies and help patients get out of pain as fast as possible. Patients can usually be seen the same day, and the doctors can be reached by phone after hours.
Our friendly staff is ready to assist you.
